Let us go through the various steps in creating a new Deployment.
Create a Vault, encryption key and secret.
We will use the above to configure credentials when we create a GoldenGate Deployment on OCI.
The same credentials will be used when we connect to GoldenGate Cloud Service console as the oggadmin user.
